Before doing work, we will always offer a free consultation to make sure we clearly understand your deliverables and can give you the best result possible. And we will always be upfront and honest on our capabilities to ensure you get the best solution. We’ll work with you to decide whether the work is hourly or project-based and provide you with a clear quote.
Work, Test, Adjust
Once authorized by you, we’ll get going! This is a partnership, and we want to make sure you get what you need to fill your gaps. We value communication, and we believe it’s two-way. If anything isn’t crystal clear, we’ll reach out to fix that. If the project requires check-ins along the way, we will make sure you are in-the-loop and happy along the way.
Roll it out
Finally, your deliverables are, well, delivered! By the end of the project, we want you to be happy with the result and will make sure you’ve gotten what you need. You’ll be sent any files or reports you are owed, we’ll invoice, and then we’ll be ready for the next project! We’re not successful if you’re not ready to work with us again after we finish.
